1. We do not entertain exchange of goods which are supplied according to orders placed. 

2. Any request for replacement is subject to manufacturer’s returns and approval process.

3. Standard local delivery is between 1-3 working days upon order subject to available goods.  You will be notified if longer delivery is expected.
